When was the card purchased?   Mother's Day 2007 2.  Is there a maintenance charge on this card?   No.  This was confirmed by calling Green Valley Ranch today, July 24, 2008.  Their computer still shows this card as having a net value of $492.00 and has no maintenance charges. 3.  Is this card good for anything other than the Green Valley Ranch Spa?   No, the card is good at the THE SPA AT GREEN VALLEY RANCH only, however, we were informed Via phone today, July 24, 2008, that the card can be used to purchase a Station Casino Gift Card which is good at THE SPA AT RED ROCK.
